I don't normally write reviews but I have felt compelled to write one today! Without the helping hand of Gary Feldman I would have had no clue what to do in terms of apartment hunting, applying for a lease, etc. Gary made the process easy, smooth and most importantly, not stressful!! He was beyond responsive and approached every conversation with care and professionalism. I would strongly suggest reaching out to Gary if you are interested in renting through Wiseman!

I have had nothing but a positive experience at our apartment in Culver City! The community is wonderful and has even come together on several occasions to meet and hang out on our lovely rooftop. The communication is consistent and clear. Gary has been incredibly helpful as a property manager and is a friendly face to all here at Motor!

I lived at 100 S. Orlando for a bit over four years. It was a great place for me. The property manager, Josh, is extremely kind and responsive, and was always helpful whenever I needed something. If a maintenance issue arose, he made sure it got done quickly. The common floors were cleaned by a special crew once a monthThe apartments are spacious, with great windows and natural light, lots of closet space, and good appliances. They also allow pets which was important to me. There are great views from the rooftop. The building is very well located, between 1st and Beverly and near 3rd with all its shops and restaurants, and then just a bit further are Melrose, Santa Monica, and Sunset with bars, comedy clubs, and more shopping. Trader Joe's is only a few blocks away, and in the other direction, Beverly Hills. You can get to downtown, Culver City or other areas fairly quickly from there. Overall a great place to live while I was in LA!!

I never write reviews, and this is actually the first one I have ever posted, but my experience here has been that good!!! I want to give a shoutout to Keila, the property manager, because she has been incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive from day one. Every interaction with her and the leasing office staff has been friendly and straightforward, maintenance requests were handled quickly, the building has always been clean and well-kept, and I have consistently felt safe and taken care of. Renting in LA can be stressful, but living here has been one of the smoothest experiences I have had. For as long as I rent, I will continue to rent with Wiseman!
