Shawn is hands down the best landlord I’ve ever had in 17 years of renting. He’s extremely responsive, professional, and personable. The unit I rented was gorgeous and I loved it. Unfortunately, the neighbors on the 2nd floor did everything they could to try to turn the building into a frat house. Extremely loud (bass shaking items in my unit) parties nearly every weekend without fail for the full year I was there. They greatly influenced my move out. That’s definitely not the landlords fault though! If I ever have the chance to rent from Shawn and Beechwood leasing again in life, I’m seizing the opportunity.
