EXCELLENT

🤩 Rating of a perfect score of 5, 7th Ave Place is excellent in Seattle.

this place was pretty much everything i expected to, it was great. robin as a manager can be tough to talk to sometimes but she makes sure that everything is taken care of effectively and fairly. i held up my end of the deal and she gave my deposit back in full. when i was locked out she was there asap. i paid $1275 for a studio in 2018-2019 and enjoyed the convenience of the location and rooftop amenities. people have valid concerns in the other reviews so i'd check out all of them. there isn't parking on 7th, so catching rideshares is a bit inconvenient but it isn't a busy street (weird intersection at 42nd) so it wasn't ever a huge problem - it's best to call a rideshare at 40th. the area is close to the freeway but noise wasn't a concern for me (i was on the other side). it's not the greatest area at night, so this is definitely worth keeping in mind. that said, i never ran into or heard of any serious disruptions. no air conditioning meant that it can get hotter in summer for sure, but in winter heating wasn't an issue. aside from that, i actually got pretty used to induction cooking only and i used the grill occasionally on the roof. again, as a loner and someone who appreciated using the burke gilman and didn't own a car, living here in a studio worked out pretty well i'd say. but it definitely isn't everyone's cup of tea, so read through the reviews!

Robin the property manager is very attentive, every time I had a maintenance request it was fixed it right away. And she is a very comprehensive person who you can always discuss anything about the apartment and the rent. The apartment is new, the rooftop view is the best thing ever for the price and location. You may think is small but it fit a lot of things. I love the windows that goes to the ceilings so you can wake up and drink a coffee with a view. I would recommend for anybody that is looking for good location in Seattle but with an affordable price.

I've lived here for over two years and have always had a great experience with Robin (the property manager) and the maintenance staff. There were many lost key situations, and Robin would come to the property at all hours of the day with a great attitude just to let me in my home. Robin and the maintenance staff were quick to respond to any additional issues i may have had as well. The homes are small, however, if you find a groove in storing unconventionally, you will be impressed at how much you can actually fit into these spaces. I would definitely recommend these homes to anyone looking not to break the bank, enjoy an amazing friendly staff, and live in a centrally located area.

I lived here for about 2 years and I loved it, the location was great for commuting and close enough to get a cheap Uber to DT or Cap. Hill. It has a great rooftop with beautiful views and the apartments are very nice and updated. I have been renting for 10 years now and I have never has such and amazing property manger like Robin Mallory, she is kind, professional and always is available whenever you need her. I will miss living here and having someone so thoughtful as my property manger. I 100% recommend this place!
