U Place Apartments

In the five years I’ve lived in Seattle, I’ve never lived in a better place than this apartment. Every room here is big enough and the roommates are very friendly. The most reassuring thing is that there are always security guards sitting at the front desk on the first floor at night. Friends are welcome to come and stay here, you will not regret it!

Uplace apartments was very accommodating for me and my service dog Brady! I am a travel nurse and have lived there for the past three months. The building feels very safe. The staff is very responsive to issues or problems as well.

From the beginning, the process was fast, on point and easy. After asking for info, I was contacted with all the details and a video of the apartment. The virtual tour was smooth and throughly, the application process and response was fast. I was signing my lease in less than a week, which was helpful. The property manager is efficient and customer service oriented.

I’ve had a great experience so far at U Place! I was under a time constraint when I was looking to move into an apartment, and the leasing process was super quick and easy. They have been very responsive with any issues that come up, even offering to check on my unit for any potential damage when I was out of town and the unit above me had a minor leak. The building is always clean and secure and they often have fun events going on for residents!
