Alder Apartments

This is probably the best student housing property in the country. Unquestionably the best property to live at for students and the closest to campus. Amenities are insane for the value that we pay and the roof deck is the cherry on top!

The Accolade’s atmosphere and staff are very welcoming. Maicah at the front desk has been particularly helpful with getting me situated. If you’re looking for a safe place to live in U-District, I would definitely recommend leasing with them!

There is no such thing as the perfect building, and for me to pretend otherwise would be naive. I understand most people who write reviews while passions are high and probably did not have the best experience. Me on the other hand, I have to say that The Accolade, although not perfect, is still a home away from home, and being an international student, that was something I really appreciated. Compared to other streets of U-District, it is basically a sanctuary. The view from the 20th and 21st floor is best in the whole city. Management could be a little bit more reachable, but they are clearly understaffed, so I have to be understanding about it. I would recommend anyone who is looking for an apartment to don't overlook the Accolade and do the proper Due Diligence, and the fact that you are reading this review means that you are on the right track.

Was a good experience especially for a short stay. Great amenities. Was a little bit difficult to communicate with the standard when not in the USA. Would be helpful to better monitor the email line. The student staff is especially great, I often interacted with Tiffany who went above and beyond as she always followed up, and got things done when others couldn’t.
