Olivia gave such a fun and engaging tour—it was clear she’s not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about what she does. Her energy was contagious, and she made everyone feel welcome from the start. She answered all my questions with patience and care, and brought a personal, heartfelt touch that made the whole experience truly memorable!!

I lived in the Accolade from 2023-2024 and honestly I enjoyed my time! Though prices are high, which is pretty unavoidable in Seattle, this place really made student living feel luxury! Most of the front desk people were really kind and helpful when I had questions or concerns, eapecially Dom. I was planning on resigning for this year but only didn’t because I was studying abroad!

The process of picking and signing up for a lease here was made very easy and enjoyable by the Accolade Staff and Desk! Me and my roommates were given a tour by Odessa of all the amenities and floor/payment plans available to us, and she was happy to help with any questions we had. The layout posts/videos we went over on the website were also very helpful in making sure we were able to see what the other plans would really look like even after the tour. The vibes here feel great and I’m very happy with how close to campus the location is. And the view! And the coffee machine. Me and my roommates are all very excited for the herb gardens.
