I must give kudos to Shayne. It makes a world of difference when you have someone who knows what they are doing running a property. He is prompt, very responsive, proactive and logical. Since taking over he has buttoned up the issues plaguing the place and has done a really great job improving things. The security staff and cleaners are present, very courteous and do a great job too.

If I could give 10 stars AND IM NOT EXAGGERATING, BUT IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD! Shayne West is a life saver! He is the Property manager I wish all properties had! He is a true blessing in this field. It take a lot to just be a property manager but it also takes a special kind of person to have a heart for the ones you are managing on the property, while also being stern and fair to not let tenants take complete advantage of their stay. Balance! This is my first time renting an apartment & Shayne West is down to earth, very communicative& very professional! My first time on the property I felt very welcomed! Shayne gave me advice & told me a few things about the city as I am coming from the south, Dallas, Texas to be exact! If Shayne had a chance to take over the world or run for president I would trust that Shayne would lead us all to victory honestly! Haha

I've been living here for a few years, and I couldn't be happier with the property management. The property manager Shayne is incredibly responsive and quick to address any issues that arise. Whenever I've had a problem, it's been resolved swiftly and efficiently. It's been smooth sailing living here thanks to their excellent service. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for a while now and everything seems to be good. Shayne, the new property manager, has been a great person to work with, very responsive, easy and clear communication! I appreciate that he takes quick actions to fix the issues as much as he can. Thank you, Shayne!
