First thing first, the property team is great. The showing, application, and move was smooth and easy. The apartment has been comfortable and convenient. I love the central air and 'finally' decent insulation for energy savings.

Love this apartment! The management team is incredibly helpful, friendly, and always organizing community events. The apartment is spacious, well-maintained and a relatively quiet environment.

As a new tenant, the whole process has been smooth. TheDream on Tamarind is in a prime Hollywood location with spacious units, multiple open spaces around the property, such as pool, fire pit and an awesome roof deck. The management team has been amazing—super responsive and helpful from day one. Ray, Richard and Elizabeth are great—friendly, attentive, and always available to help. Highly recommend!
