TENTEN DOWNTOWN

I have been at tenten apartments since Dec of 2022. My experience was so amazing I renewed my lease for another year. Asal has been my apartment relationship manager, and the experience has been an absolute delight. Several reason why you should think of moving to this apartment complex All inclusive apartments. I moved from ATL , and one key aspect was for everything to be included in the apartment such as furniture, utilities, and parking garage. ( please note parking in LA is different than other states) I am thankful to have met so many amazing people since moving here. In addition, the bi weekly happy hour hosted at the TenTen! If you’re moving to LA and looking for something in the downtown area! You will not find anything better.

I've now lived at TenTen Downtown for nearly a year, and will renew my lease this week for another 12 month term. This apartment is truly the definition of a perfect residence in downtown Los Angeles. I could not be happier with my living situation and cannot adequately express how amazing things are in this location. The amenities exceed expectations and surpass any apartment I've seen in the local area, the floorplans of the units are stellar, maintenance is prompt, and questions or concerns are taken seriously. My relationship manager, Asal, has been wonderful throughout my time at TenTen, and I can't thank her enough for her warmth and kindness. I look forward to continuing my residency with this wonderful team!

The amenities at TenTen Downtown are top-notch. There is a rooftop pool with stunning views of the city, a fitness center, a business center, and a game room. There are also regular events and social gatherings, so it's easy to meet other residents. The staff at TenTen Downtown is friendly and helpful. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that residents are happy. Overall, I had a great experience visiting TenTen Downtown. It's a great place to live if you're looking for a modern, well-equipped apartment in a vibrant location.
