After being in LA for almost a decade and living in nearly all of the areas in the metropolitan Los Angeles area I have to say that TenTen is by far the best building in the best neighborhood in the entire city. The building is quiet, clean and is full of working professionals and families. The staff is attentive and respectable and the maintenance issues are handled right away. If you are looking to get away from the typical LA experience and live somewhere where you, your family, or your business will grow and thrive then this is absolutely the best place for you. This area is slowly becoming the Beverly Hills of DTLA and I believe this building has something to do with that culture shift.

One of best places that we stayed In LA.
It’s a good community and lots of networking events happening every week. 1010 and 1027 are sister towers, so you can stop by on any networking events that is happening in both buildings.

I stayed at TenTen for about 3 months during my travel nursing assignment in LA and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If I didn’t have to relocate for a new assignment in the Bay Area, I would’ve stayed at TenTen forever. It was truly a luxury experience and I’m so grateful that my profession afforded me the opportunity to stay there. My Relationship Manager, Asal was amazing. She was incredibly responsive and always went above and beyond for me. She even helped accommodate a later move-out date for me due to my contract start date being delayed on her day off! Asal’s patience, positivity, and willingness to always go the extra mile never went unnoticed.

Honestly, I was a little hesitant after reading the reviews, but let me tell you IT IS AMAZING! I first started off with Asal which is my relationship manager, she Helped me find the perfect condo! She took her time and showed me (thru FaceTime) my different options. I went with the 1 bedroom and I can’t be more happier! Asal you are awesome!!!! The condo was extremely clean, including bathroom and refrigerator. It comes with everything you need pots, pans, coffee machine, full bedding and even Bathroom robes with slippers! This place is truly amazing! And it’s in the heart of LA. Close to all the awesome restaurants (I walk everywhere) it even has Valet. Which I have never waited to get my car. You call them before you come down and they have your car down there in 10 minutes. I had a little issue with my Refrigerator not getting cold and Rafael the maintenance man came immediately and took care of the issue! This place is honestly like a high end hotel. Also you can use the sister building and all it’s amenities as well. They even have amazing events all thru the week and month. Couldn’t be happier in choosing 1010 Wilshire as my new place of living! Thanks to all the new management you guys are doing a great Job! Keep it up! Oh and also wanted to give a shout out to Catherine at the lobby desk and all the valet guys, you guys are awesome! Trust me go with 1010 you won’t be disappointed, I promise 😊
