Been living in Thirty-One Apartment for about two years. Managers are quite responsive and helpful! Furnitures are new and well equiped. Very comfy.

Tripalink communicates very effectively. They let us know when the office will be closed for holidays and they also leave treats at the property for special occasions. They even put efforts into building community by organizing events to get to know them and fellow residents. Tripalink always seeks and is open to feedback. Maintenance needs are also promptly responded to. It's nice not to feel like just a number or a source of profit.
