Been living in Thirty-One Apartment for about two years. Managers are quite responsive and helpful! Furnitures are new and well equiped. Very comfy.

I have been living in a unit in the 4244 location for a few months now. I was a little nervous moving in because Tripalink bought out the property a month or so before I moved in (after I had already signed the lease) and I wasn’t sure how the management was going to be. The old management had moved our move-in date up to not overcrowd the stairs when moving in, however when I asked Tripalink to move it up even further to allow us the weekend to clean and move our stuff in, they complied which I appreciated. The Triaplink office is only a few blocks from my location which is nice but they also tend to answer emails within the day. Considering the proximity to the university, the units are surprisingly big and affordable. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the campus. There are no included amenities, parking is expensive (street parking is competitive however I am still almost always able to find a space within two blocks), no dishwasher, and no in-unit laundry facilities if these are important for you. There are only 3 washers and dryers each in the adjacent apartment that are shared between the two buildings, however, I haven’t run into many issues being able to use it considering how many people share it so it’s not that bad. Keep in mind you’re get what you pay for and I genuinely believe the price is worth it. Other than that, people are generally quiet and respectful and Tripalink tries to be involved. They have made several cute gestures so far, they brought a Chick-fil-A breakfast one time, put out several baskets of Halloween candy for us, and always have opportunities to treat their residents. According to the other reviews, people have had bad experiences renting from Tripalink, but I am glad to say that my experience has been the opposite!

I’ve been living at the badger apartments for a couple months now, and it’s great! The apartment is great for the price and while some things have broken or need fixing, filing a work order it easy and maintenance is always quick to get the job done well. My roommate and I are really liking the apartment and have renewed for next year. Tripalink is also good at treating residents, they provided chik-fil-a breakfast and dropped off Halloween candy for us which were greatly appreciated. Overall, my roommate and I love living at the tripalink badger apartments!!

Clara Apartments is a convenient location as it’s close to UW campus, UVille, and the Ave. The apartment complex is very new and is well maintained. The landscaping and common areas are always clean. The complex has Amazon Lockers which is great for package deliveries. The studio is actually very spacious and just the right amount of space for one person. I didn’t tour my unit before moving in, but the unit looks exactly as the videos they provide. The studio is modern and everything works great. Tripalink is also responsive to maintenance requests and emails. They provide prompt updates on any building maintenance. They also provide tenants with free things when I didn’t expect it. For example, they gave goodie bags for Halloween, gave move-in gifts, and also provided free breakfast sandwiches one morning. Would recommend living here if you’re looking for a studio.
