Antares (1419 S New Hampshire Ave)

This is review is only for Joseph and the maintenance workers who continually respond and get things done. I would probably move out if Joseph left because he is alway professional, handles matters urgently, has that retail thing where he makes you feel validated and always right, but most importantly he’s reliable. The maintenance men Carlos and the other super polite man with the glasses are so pleasant and helpful and I believe them when they say they fixed something and trust them when I’m not home. Thank you.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! if you ever speak with the leasing time ask for Zachary, such personable service, quick and reliable compared to over 10 apartments I’ve seen in the past month. His patience with helping me apply for the Hampshire Place apartments made me feel more secure to apply and live in that building. Highly recommend

I took a tour of this property today and it seems like a very lovely place to live. The building has beautiful views of its Koreatown neighborhood. It's also very clean and quiet. Jenny Molina, who works in the leasing office, and Zach Bane, who was my leasing agent, were amazing when giving me the rundown of the property. They were very thorough with their information and very pleasant people as well. I viewed a studio and a one-bedroom apartment, which both were gorgeous. They both have balconies, lots of closet space, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Hampshire Place Apartments is a place where I can see myself living happily long-term.

Our move-in experience was smooth and easy. Jennifer did a great job showing us all of the amenities and explained everything we needed to know. She also was helpful thereafter with any initial maintenance requests/concerns we had. Our unit was ready for us, and the few things were solved within the day.
