Antares (1419 S New Hampshire Ave)

I just move in into our new Complex Hampshire place apartment ,Living in this building has been a great experience, thanks in large part to our General Service Director/ Jorge Villalobos Amaya. He is always friendly, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. No matter the issue—big or small—he handles everything efficiently and with a positive attitude. It’s clear he truly cares about the residents experience and takes pride in keeping the building running smoothly. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile make a real difference. We’re lucky to have him as part of the building I live in! Truly amazing, worth mentioning.

Zack! Zack! Zachery. Very nice man. We have been apartment hunting for months now…long story shorter…he just had a smile on his face the minute I barged into the office. Self guided tour. Couldn’t get the code and he was calm and kind and helpful and quick! My husband especially took a liking to his vibe which is rare. I’ve been pestering Zachery for a week now and he always replies right away and is highly respectful. He just has a positive attitude and that says a lot nowadays. Thank you.

Haven't moved in (yet), but Zach is a very professional leasing consultant who answered all my questions before I filled out my application. The units I toured were very clean with a few things that can easily be fixed by maintenance. Outside area (pools, grills, and lounges) were very inviting, and residents kindly answered questions from me and my roommate as we toured.
