Great location and a great sense of community!

This place is truly a gem! The staff at Novo go above and beyond to make sure their residents feel right at home. Throughout the year, they surprise us with thoughtful little gifts, which always bring a smile to my face. Their attention to detail and the warmth they show really sets them apart. During my finals week, they were particularly supportive, ensuring a quiet environment and providing extra amenities to help us students focus and succeed. It's not just a housing company; it's a community that cares about its residents. Highly recommend to anyone looking for more than just a place to stay!

I am one resident of the Novo Building in Seattle and I have been living for about 2 years. most of the residents are polite and friendly. Its location is great and management's service is good as well.

Great place. I signed on for my second year here. The rooms are 200 sq ft studios, and have a modern design. Parking garage is underground and gated, which is far safer than above ground fenced garages. The complex hires cleaners for the communal kitchen and public spaces, which is really great. Everything is always clean. Internet is great too. The complex also has a package room, so no package theft! Overall, I like it here!
