Verve Flats

Since moving in last fall, I've been really pleased with my flat in Seattle. The team here is fantastic -always on point and ready to help with anything. The service is friendly and super accommodating. The flat itself is just lovely; it is cozy and warm, perfect for the winter months, and always clean. It is a great deal for the price, and the property is well-maintained. The view from the apartment window is amazing, and on a clear day, you can actually see Mount Rainier. Overall, living here has been a great experience, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place in UW district!

I've been living here for a few years now. It's been a great experience and it's a lot of space given the reasonable rent price. My favorite thing is the in unit W/D in addition to the furnished kitchen. (Picture taken at move in) Tripalink recently took over the building management and it's resulted in better response times for any issues.

I've been living at Verve Flats for a while! The apartments have huge windows that brighten up the place and offer a great view. The kitchen is a dream with its massive counter space, making cooking a breeze, and it comes fully equipped with everything you need—fridge, oven, a four-burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, and even in-unit washer and dryer. Plus, the real vent in the kitchen is a total game-changer. The wooden floors are so much easier to clean compared to carpet! The picture was the day I moved in. Since Tripalink-Seattle took over the apartment, the management has been on top of everything. They handle maintenance and any issues with impressive speed, whether it's something to do with my lease, repairs, or the elevator. The building feels safe too, with secure entry that gives me peace of mind. And the neighbors are all super friendly! All in all, I really enjoy living here.

I have lived in this building for just under a year. The price is very comparable to other units in the area, and the apartments all come equipped with a W/D in unit, plus a dish washer. Pictured is my "open one bedroom' apartment, which fits a king sized bed (pictured). Amazingly, there is room for bedside tables on each side of the bed. There is a separate "living room' area, which I have furnished with a large couch, a small table with chairs, and a 65' TV. I will say that this building does have a history of package theft, but I'm hoping that the new management company, Tripalink can help solve this (hopefully by installing cameras in the hallways of the building, at least on the first floor). I would not pay to park in the garage, but in the almost year I've lived here, I have never lacked street parking! (Just make sure to remove any valuables from your car). I would recommend this building to a friend.
