When I moved in two years ago, the previous management company lacked everything from safety to professionalism. Once Precision Management took over, it changed everything. Khai and Yuki are awesome and they're prompt to assist. As is Larry and his team of maintenance people. The building development was thoughtful in design and build out of small spaces; it really has everything. I would dock this place 1-star because of the happenings of things going on near the freeway, but that has no bearing on the building and management so will keep at 5-stars. Aside from strange freeway things, the location is awesome; steps away from getting onto the i5, walk to Wholefoods/Safeway, new retail and eateries opening up in the area. I'm sad to leave my apartment and hope my next one lives up to the standard that Theo now holds (I'm moving out of state but would otherwise 100% stay here). I'd recommend this place.

I like living at Theo Apartments. Yuki and Khai are friendly and always ready to help. The location is convenient, with bus stops and the Roosevelt station nearby.

Theo Apartments has been under new management for 10 months and has clearly improved the quality of life in the building. This management team is much more responsive and responsible. They have shown the building's true potential and made it a great place to live in a great location! Units were already there but glad to have this new team around to make everything more comfortable and convenient. Thank you!
