I have had an exceptional experience living at 1010 Downtown for the past year. From the moment I moved in, it has been nothing short of amazing.
One of the best parts about this apartment is that it is fully furnished, making the move-in process incredibly hassle-free. Additionally, all utilities and parking are included, which is a huge convenience and takes away any added stress.
The rooftop is absolutely stunning, adorned with hundreds of beautiful flowers that create a serene and picturesque environment. The community events held here are fantastic, providing a great way to meet neighbors and build a sense of community.
**A special shoutout to Asal, my apartment relationship manager. She is truly wonderful, great at what she does, and always nice and kind. Her dedication and helpfulness have made my stay here even more enjoyable.**

Very luxury and smart designed fully furnished apartments. The furniture is very high quality and they really mean it when they say that you only need to bring your suitcase with you. A very unique and gorgeous rooftop with panoramic views of downtown Los Angeles. Great security and management team which makes this place very safe. Top choice for living a luxury and comfortable lifestyle in downtown Los Angeles.

Best apartment in DT LA. GOAT agent Asal Askari, who is extremely kind, efficient, reliable, and responsible. I fully enjoy my stay in Ten Ten downtown with the whole leasing office as a community. Don't miss out the No.1 amenity, and the fully furnished luxury units at a astonishingly low price.

I have been at tenten apartments since Dec of 2022. My experience was so amazing I renewed my lease for another year. Asal has been my apartment relationship manager, and the experience has been an absolute delight.
Several reason why you should think of moving to this apartment complex
All inclusive apartments. I moved from ATL , and one key aspect was for everything to be included in the apartment such as furniture, utilities, and parking garage. ( please note parking in LA is different than other states)
I am thankful to have met so many amazing people since moving here. In addition, the bi weekly happy hour hosted at the TenTen!
If you're moving to LA and looking for something in the downtown area! You will not find anything better.
