Chris did an excellent job of repairing AC issues in our unit. He is prompt and is incredibly knowledgeable in his work. We really appreciate him being able to help us so efficiently!

We've been living at Avana for almost a year now and loving it. From the moment we moved in, Nikki and Moriah have been super warm and welcoming. They're always responsive to our emails and plan GREAT social events, like our recent Maker Carnival to celebrate entrepreneurs in the building. Chris on the maintenance team is also very friendly and helpful to our requests, and the night guards are a great addition to address noise complaints. The building amenities are awesome and well-maintained as well, from the gym to the pool and jacuzzi. Occasionally there are minor issues with the parking garage, trash chutes, and fire alarms, but we do believe Avana team is doing their best to resolve them and keep our community safe and comfortable, as shown through their frequent and timely communications to keep everyone up to date. Thanks Avana team for taking care of us and keep up the good work!

I’ve been living at Avana for two months now and I absolutely love it! The area is extremely walkable, the apartments are updated and feel modern. Price point is on par with other communities in the area. Moriah and Nikki in the office have always been friendly and answers all of my random questions promptly. Chris in maintenance is extremely fast and professional! If my positive experience continues, I will definitely be renewing my lease.

I’ve lived at this apartment for three years, and my experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The management team has always been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The building is well-maintained, and any concerns were addressed promptly, making it a stress-free place to call home. The community is peaceful, and the amenities add to the overall convenience and comfort. A special thank you to Moriah Dorame for always being kind, accommodating, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a great living experience. Also, shoutout to the manager, Nikki, who was great and professional throughout my time here. Their dedication truly made a difference. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming place to live!
