Tripalink Kingsley

We are all excited to move into this new apartment. It looks great. The elevator is huge and mostly the building smells good. A lot of facilities in it. Only the thing that they need to improve is the stairs. It looks scary for my kids, but they get used to it and prefer to use it as a short cut. The Manager is awesome. He is very helpful and accommodating. He is so calm, friendly especially to my kids and also good looking. My sister wants to move-in here too, maybe soon.

Great housing management team, legit community and living experience!

As of the last 3 months: Laundry is no longer safe - a neighbor had someone actually remove their clothing from a machine and throw it away in the garbage and I have had my laundry cycles disturbed by other tenants (i.e. stopped dry cycle and removed all my items from the dryer). I've had a guest of a resident threaten to physically assault me once "they got inside" for not opening the front door for them - they were clearly intoxicated and I did not feel safe opening the door for someone I did not recognize. Maintenance staff are always friendly and provide great service.

I don't usually write many reviews but I just moved in and have had a great first impression. First of all, the current manager Eun is extremely nice and hard working. She will really go the extra mile for you. She continues to be friendly even after you move in. If you ever have any issues, she will always have your back. The apartment is a great community. Everyone is nice and friendly. It's a place where you can definitely get to know your neighbors. Speaking of community, the apartment is in a great area. Everything - metro, restaurants, , are all within walking distance. You can go over to Hollywood, downtown LA, Venice, Beverly Hills even without having a car. At the same time the actual road for the apartment is nice and quiet. Oh plus you have free parking. It's hard to find all these things together so this apartment is a rare find. Last the apartment itself. It was sparkling clean when I moved in with what seem to be new appliances. The closet is nice and big. Bathroom top tier. And windows nice and big. If you're looking for a solid community of people in a great location with a wonderful manager I would recommend checking out Kingsley
