My 5-star rating goes to the concierge, Chuy. He’s been the one consistent bright spot during my time at Gemma South, always professional, kind, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the residents. While I’ve unfortunately had to deal with stolen packages, persistent leaks in my unit, unresolved noise complaints, and even threatening, racially charged notes from neighbors, Chuy has remained the only dependable and compassionate presence on the property. I’ll be sharing a more in-depth review of the Gemma Property and Management team at a later time. For now, this recognition is strictly for Chuy, he’s truly been the only part of this experience that reflects the level of care and respect every resident deserves.
