I have been living at the Audrey apartments for the past year, and it has been a fantastic experience! The complex itself is beautifully maintained, clean common areas, and excellent amenities like the pool, gym, and the rooftop! The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-designed, making it a comfortable place to call home. What truly sets the Audrey apart is the exceptional management. The property manager, Fernanda, is a gem. From the moment I moved in, she has been incredibly helpful and responsive. Whether it's addressing maintenance requests promptly, organizing community events, or just being available for a chat, Fernanda goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy and well-cared for. It's clear that she genuinely cares about the community and takes pride in her work.

Being at this apartment complex has been fantastic! The staff are always friendly and helpful, making every interaction pleasant. The manager, Fernanda, is really communicative. Maintenance requests are handled promptly by Ricardo, and the property is well-maintained and cleaned by Gloria. I feel safe and comfortable here, thanks to the attentive security team. 5/5 stars without hesitation!

We've been living at The Audrey for 10 months now. Our current Property Manager Fernanda has gone above and beyond to amend some issues we had in our apartment before she started managing this building. Her top notch communication skills make her an invaluable asset to the company. From the new maintenance team, to the security team, Alex, Cris, Jony and Ade. Great work, great people skills!! from the ability to listen, communicate and to relate to others on a personal or professional level to problem-solving abilities, empathy for others and simply have a willingness to work together toward the common good. We thank you for being awesome! :)

Fernanda Perez is the current apartment manager at Audrey. She is truly the best. Know that you're in exceptional hands and she will be of tremendous help with all your needs and questions. She makes the impossible possible and makes things happen. Since Fernanda came to work at Audrey, tenants have been following the rules closely and if someone breaks the rules, Fernanda is there to deal with it immediately. She always gets back to us instantly if we have any maintenance requests or problems inside the building. She takes great care of the amenities and makes sure security staff stays on top of everything. The cleaning staff at Audrey has been amazing under the management of Fernanda too. We've lived at Audrey for 4 years and can't recommended highly enough. Very grateful to Fernanda and her team!
