My hubby Juan and I (Evie) are very pleased with how Fernanda is managing this building. She does her best to assist residents inquiries. Ricardo does a great job with maintenance. He is very prompt, professional, and quick on the job. Gloria is always making sure the building smells and stays clean. Always cordial!! Overall, this team is great for The Audrey.

My fiance and I have been living at The Audrey since 2022 and we love it here! We've gone through different property managers and have to say Fernanda is the best property manager we've had. She's very communicative and ensures we're up-to-date on everything (whether it's for upcoming construction, maintenance, etc). She is very responsive on emails and handles all questions/concerns we have with professionalism. Security is also here all week/weekend which is nice especially living in the heart of LA. Ade, Basil, and Alex are all very kind and we see them walking around the building frequently. Lastly, the cleanliness at The Audrey for the amenities is top notch! I go to the gym frequently and the equipment is always clean and well maintained (they even offer wipes that others can use as well). I did notice that our carpets sometimes get stained by other residents, but The Audrey also has carpet cleaners come by every once in awhile which also helps. Overall, I highly recommend living here! The location is great - we're right by the Wiltern and can simply walk across the street for any groceries.

I moved into the Audrey Apartments recently and want to call out the staff for being welcoming, attentive and friendly. Fernanda has helped throughout the move-in process making sure we were welcomed on day one, with a move-in inspection checklist, and even providing recommendations for local spots in the area. I appreciate that she is always in-office in our lobby if we have quick questions or need help with anything. The security team also helped with the move in are always friendly and helpful when we come and go. Thank you Audrey Apartments for all the help so far!

I've lived here for 4 years and am a happy tenant. I want to specifically shoutout Fernanda who has been our most recent property manager and she's awesome!! We've had some good property managers here in the past but she's been the best in my opinion! Super professional, kind, and responsive, and has attended to the various needs of both mine and the property in general as well. Thank you Fernanda! Also our security team is very friendly and helpful as well. Appreciate them all!
