I had a very good but not quite great experience living at Gemma for a little over two years (corporate-owned apartments are complicated), but wanted to specifically wanted to specifically commend Chuy and Emil (sp) for being wonderful concierge/security and genuinely going above and beyond to make residents feel safe, appreciated and secure. They were both always pleasant to deal with and I can't praise them enough.

My 5-star rating goes to the concierge, Chuy. He’s been the one consistent bright spot during my time at Gemma South, always professional, kind, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the residents. While I’ve unfortunately had to deal with stolen packages, persistent leaks in my unit, unresolved noise complaints, and even threatening, racially charged notes from neighbors, Chuy has remained the only dependable and compassionate presence on the property. I’ll be sharing a more in-depth review of the Gemma Property and Management team at a later time. For now, this recognition is strictly for Chuy, he’s truly been the only part of this experience that reflects the level of care and respect every resident deserves.

This review is more specifically for our property manager Hasan who was so helpful getting us moved in. Hasan was very responsive to emails, made sure to follow back up with us to answer all of our questions, and made sure the process of getting situated in the building was smooth and went without a hitch. Also, front desk/security staff are all super friendly and attentive. Only wish there could be something done about those flies in the front entrance walkway, but aside from that the staff has done a great job making sure our experience in this building has been great so far.
