i lived here when i first moved to LA and it was a really lovely experience - the units and appliances are all super new and the building is incredibly quiet and peaceful, despite being pretty much in the middle of k-town. management was also really responsive and friendly, and the move-in and move-out processes were really smooth. overall, a great place to live in k-town!

Great place to live, so much space for the price. Management (Payton and Richard) is super cool and laid back. Josh, the technician, is a life saver whenever you have issues with your spot. Really reliable, quick, and easy to work with.

The apartment is an older building like everything in Ktown but has everything you need for a fair rental price. Location is amazing and the neighbors are all very friendly. Main reason for the 5-star rating is the management. Whenever there is an issue, someone is at your door within minutes ready to figure out what the problem is and fix it. You don't find management people that work as hard as they do everywhere and that is important.
